FIELD: shipbuilding; cargo-and-passenger vessels. SUBSTANCE: proposed multi-functional cargo-and-passenger vessel has hull with passenger cabins, power plant and awning deck. Mounted above awning deck is hydraulic manipulator; platform located in fore section is used for operation of vessel in pushing mode. This platform is provided with towing bitt and two supports-hydraulic cylinders with bearing plates articulated on its rods for placing barge in symmetrical position relative to pusher CL and tension of towing line.
