FIELD: processes for ecologically safe thermochemical processing of secondary wood and vegetable resources such as sawdust or peat in plants for producing carbide oil and high-calorie gas. SUBSTANCE: electric heating plant includes additional metallic electric-heating winding with electric current leads in ceramic insulation envelope. Said winding is arranged inside agitator in reactor and it is surrounded by metallic tubular casing with metallic electric current supply tubes and mounting rod. In water-supply tube of reactor metallic Archimedean screw is inserted. Flexible rubber water-supply tube in metallic sheath and metallic draining tank with metallic sealing cover are joined to water pump. Float controlling level of supplied water is arranged inside draining tank; metallic water-supply tube with cock is branched from said tank and surrounds reactor from upwards and from downwards. Plant also includes intermediate heat exchanging space and ceramic heat insulation of water envelopes made of metallic sheets provided with metallic water-supply tube having cock and water- outlet tube embracing hatch of reactor by means of water jacket of metallic tube; both tubes are connected respectively to water envelopes and to water jacket by means of metallic connection water-supply tubes. EFFECT: possibility for effective use of heat separated during thermochemical reaction for producing carbide oil and high-calorie gas from sawdust or peat, usage of waste heat of plant for heating, improved control of quantity of water supplied to reactor. 3 cl, 1 dwg
