SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production and the dairy industry. The milk cooling and storage unit contains a thermally insulated housing in which a milk bath with a stirrer is installed and a coolant jacket with a device for its forced circulation is formed between the walls of the housing and the milk bath, as well as a refrigeration unit with an evaporator. At the same time, it is additionally equipped with a filling pipe with an expanded outlet part, a pre-cooler with a coil with milk nozzles located in its housing, coolant nozzles and a filter for pre-cleaning the product located on a thermally insulated housing, while the outlet pipe of the milk pre-cooler is connected to the filling pipe located in the milk bath.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand technological capabilities while maintaining the quality indicators of milk.
