FIELD: metallurgy, mainly processes for radiation modification of light alloys, namely articles of aluminum alloys used in aircraft-making and aerospatial industry branches. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of irradiating articles by means of radioactive isotopes from electron source containing mixture of radioactive isotopes of 90 strontium and 90 yttrium in range of integral fluxes 10-1018el/sm2.
