FIELD: well-boring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has body with central passage and threaded elements for connecting with well equipment. In the outer wall of body hollows are made with inclined grooves. Supports are placed in said inclined grooves. In body hollows expanding elements are placed on axes in supports. Supports with expanding elements are mounted for longitudinal, relative to the body, sliding along the inclined surface. Device has means for extending expanding elements into operating position, said means being formed as circular piston in the central passage of body, said piston having a coupling rod, spring-loaded in axial direction. Piston is pivotally connected to supports by means of traction bars. EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities of device due to expanded parameter range of pipe expansion by means of changing length of circular piston displacement. 2 cl, 5 dwg
