FIELD: well drilling and workover, particularly to flare well shutters made of profiled pipes.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body split in transversal direction and provided with central channel, treads to connect thereof with downhole equipment and main depressions made in outer surface of lower body part. The main depressions are adapted to receive pinned rollers, which are parallel or nearly parallel to geometrical body axis. The rollers are made as cylinders gradually smoothly expanding in upward direction. The cylinders are provided with chambers and are in contact with supports. Additional depressions are made in outer surface of upper body part. The additional depressions are separated from main ones with bridges. Roller supports are formed as bushes with upper ends inserted into annular grooves formed in bridges of upper body part. The roller supports are fixed from rotation inside the grooves with fingers. Roller pin ends are provided with threads. Lower pin ends are engaged with corresponding threads made in lower body part. Upper pin ends are arranged in additional depressions in upper body part and are fixedly secured to bridges by means of nuts.

EFFECT: increased operational ability and flaring quality.
