FIELD: production of protective composite materials which can be utilized in manufacture of protective clothes. SUBSTANCE: proposed composite material includes protective composite structure containing at least one layer of woven fabric made of polybenzoxazole or polybenzotiazole fibers. It additionally has at least one layer in the form of mesh made of fibers of another polymer material. Surface density of composite material amounts to 6.83 kg/sq m and its resistance to penetration exceeds 45.0 J.
