FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: nanohybrid protective composite refers to materials for means of individual protection and can be used in armoured jackets intended for protection against fragments, pointed bullets of small arms and stabbing-edged weapon, various bullets of stub-barrelled small arms. Protective composite includes pack of the base, which includes at least two prepregs and damping pack connected to pack of the base. The latter includes at least two prepregs between which layer of damping material is located. Each of prepregs represents multi-layered structure. At that, layers are made from reinforcing fillers. Fillers have been chosen from the group containing glas-, carbon-, basalt-, aramid fibres and/or fabrics and/or threads and/or bundles and/or bands. Layers and/or prepregs are soaked or coated with thermosetting polymer bonding substance with special-purpose additive. Additives have been chosen from the group of azole heterocyclic organoelemental compounds consisting of halide salt of central atom of metal from ferrum triad and azole organic compound containing heteroatoms of nitrogen and sulphur, which are chemically strongly connected to metal atom and active centres of components of composition of thermosetting bonding agent and reinforcing fillers.
