FIELD: medicine, cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing cosmetic preparations with curativeprophylactic properties. The method includes extracting the product obtained out of medicinal leech subjected for preliminary starvation and freezing, moreover, frozen medicinal leech should be reduced, extracted with ethanol solution cooled up to +4 C at the ratio of 1:1 to obtain liquid phase. Obtained extract should be isolated against alcoholic constituent to obtain pH ranged within neutral values. The present method enables to obtain higher biological activity of target product obtained out of medicinal leech due to removing the capability for BAS complex-formation upon ballast and keeping BAS activity, bioenergomodulating properties among them.
