SUBSTANCE: method of preparing biologically active additive envisages isolation of contents of digestive tract of medical leeches by pressing it off in direction from tenth to fifteenth segment of the posterior sucker (by which the leech is fixed) through oral opening of leech. Thus obtained product is subjected to freezing followed by thawing of fluid phase. Additive is characterized by marked antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, proliferative, and immuno-modulation action.
EFFECT: enabled stimulation of protein-lipid exchange without signs of proteolytic activity, irritation and allergizing effects.
