FIELD: thermosoftening and deironing of salty and hard waters. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with thermosoftening and deironing of the salty and hard waters and may be used at processing of natural waters, in particular, at preparation of a feed water for steam and hot-water boilers and also for preparation of drinking water. The method provides for boiling of water in the deaerator, at which a dissolution of metal of the deaerator body and its units with formation of hydroxide of the metal, that performs a function of a stabilizer of salts of stiffness. The deaerator is supplied with a device for separation of the sediment. Heating of the water is performed by steam and bleed water from the boiler with use of alkali contained in the water and ferrous oxide for softening and stabilization of the water. On the deaerator column there is an installed ring with a nozzle made out of carbon steel, either aluminum, or brass, or their mixture in the form of sheets or chips. The device used to separate a sediment is made in the form of an in-taking branch-pipe with a butt of the intake located above a sediment layer and protected by the baffle partitions. After the deaerator the water is directed to the clarifiers, in the capacity of which they use the bodies of the ion exchangers filled, if necessary, with quartz sand. For the final softening of the clarified water the ion exchanger is used. At that the water after the deaerator and a clarifier should be cooled to 40 C, for example in the heat exchanger of the initial water heating. For heating and boiling it is possible to use the natural water containing ferrous oxide. Technical result - decrease of power consumption, simplification of equipment, reduction of technology cost. EFFECT: decreased power consumption, simplified equipment, reduced technology cost. 6 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl, 6 ex
