SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of oil-field equipment and intended for suppressing vital activity of microorganisms and inhibiting corrosion in oil production, transportation, and storage systems, and in watered oil formations, including those operated in secondary oil production. Bactericidal corrosion inhibitor contains 20-15% nonionic surfactant, 30- 50% nitrogen-containing compound, and solvent, said nitrogen-containing compound being product of reaction of tetramethyldipropylenetriamine with C8-C16-alkyl bromides at their molar ratio 1: (1-2), respectively.
