FIELD: electrical and electromechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stator winding of high-voltage electrical machine such as turbogenerator rated at 110 kV and higher voltages is multilayer winding wound of round-section high-voltage cable placed in deep slots at equal slot pitch which requires reduced quantity of process fixtures compared with variable-pitch windings and, consequently, smaller insulation thickness and cross-sectional area of cable compare with slot insulation size for maximal potential. Every two layers form three-phase double-layer elementary winding whose phases are series-connected to other double-layer elementary windings. Quantity of interlope connections of like half-phases or phases of elementary windings is reduced to one common for all half-phases or phases; length of end winding connections is minimal. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of winding coils, reduced overhang of end windings. 9 cl, 8 dwg
