FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. A method of manufacture of single-turn rigid form-wound loop coil for two-layer winding stator at universal equipment intended for manufacture of multi-turn rigid loop coils for two-layer winding stator. Preform of the coil is made as non-split with a number of coils equal to a number of conductors of the single-turn coil, relevant shape and sizes are formed, the head from the side of leads is cut, and placed into slots of the stator core.
EFFECT: avoidance of necessity to manufacture the special equipment at the expense of the use of equipment for manufacture of multi-turn coils, minimising labour intensity.
