FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has extremely high frequency radiation oscillator having broad bandwidth antenna, electromagnetic signal receiver, power supply source, computer, control desk having controller, programmed power supply source connected to frequency- controlled harmonic oscillator output of which is connected to extremely high frequency radiation oscillator input. Receiving antenna connected to ultra-high frequency radiometer is used as electromagnetic signal receiver. The radiator has command decoder via amplification coefficient on high frequency. The control desk additionally has keyboard analog-to-digital converter and command bus for making controller-to-decoder and to programmed power supply source connection. Analogous radiator output is connected to analog-to-digital converter input connected to controller having keyboard and computer attached to it. The latter is connected with coaxial line for data transmission in sequential code and has operation system for analyzing spectrum fragments of signal under measurement and comparing it to samples taken from reference member library. All units of the complex with the exception of the computer are enclosed into box shielding electromagnetic radiation. EFFECT: wide range of applications with combined diagnosing and therapeutic functions. 3 cl, 2 dwg
