SUBSTANCE: method involves tilling soil in wet state at any season of the year by means of working tools mounted for vibration and rotation; changing width of working tools by turning of working tool advancement line. Machine has multiple-mode working tools for executing various operations. Working tools are made in the form of bulldozer blades, plowing working tools, flat hoes, disk-shaped hoes of rhombic hoes with cutting edges at all sides. Flat hoes have quick-change moldboard surfaces for soil tillage with or without turning of soil layer.
