Then it is necessary to conduct paramedical and medial osteotomy. Fragments of nasal bones should be repositioned, upper-lateral cartilages should be mobilized by developing a bottom. A plate made of porous titanium nickelide of 0.3-0.5 mm thickness should be put onto the bottom of this bed with granules out of porous titanium nickelide of 500-1000 mcm being above this plate.
