FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating cellulocutaneous flap to expose anterior cartilaginous part of nasal septum and nose tip. Surgical intervention is carried out on lateral pedicles of greater alar cartilages, middle and medial pedicles of greater alar cartilages are separated. Substituting material is on the cartilaginous nose tip part and between the middle and medial pedicles of greater alar cartilages. The wound is sutured. Superelastic bell-shaped implant, manufactured from 80-100 mcm thick porous titanium nickelide plate, is set on the cartilaginous nose tip part and anterior cartilaginous part of nasal septum. Superelastic plate-shaped implant manufactured from 150-200 mcm thick, 8-12 mm long and 2-3 mm wide porous titanium nickelide between the middle and medial pedicles of greater alar cartilages. The implant is imbedded into bone between the anterior nasal spines and fixed with 60 mcm thick titanium nickelide thread to the cartilaginous part of nasal septum.
EFFECT: reduced risk of deformity recurrence; optimum nose tip elasticity properties.
