WATER ADDITIONAL PURIFYING APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH ACTIVE CARBON FILTER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2226507 C1

FIELD: water supply system, in particular, water purifying and disinfecting equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cathode and anode, which are arranged on central dielectric pipe provided with float and placed centrally of funnel opening, said funnel being enclosed in case. Filter-anode is made in the form of valve engageable with funnel seat for defining of adjustable gap. Apparatus is further equipped with pusher mounted in cover and acting upon funnel. Case has handle and receptacle vessel placed inside case. Apparatus has metal magnetic plate serving as stroke restricting device. Funnel is enclosed in case and fixed there by means of threaded connection. Float is arranged on central dielectric pipe and is equipped with rod cooperating with water supply pipe gate and microswitch, which is connected to timer of control unit. EFFECT: reduced content of salts imparting hardness to water, increased efficiency in oxidizing and absorbing of water contaminating particles and reduced water cloudiness. 3 cl, 2 dwg
