FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out formed peripheral blood element composition examination with weighting coefficient (K1-Kn) being introduced for formed blood elements leukocytes and lymphocytes from common use standard blood analysis in individual way for each patient. Integral blood index (IBI) is built as IBI = K1•K2•... ...Ki•... ...•Kn, where Ki = (1-αi)•βi for leukocytes, where βi= 0.55-0.65; and Ki = αi•βi, for lymphocytes, where βi=0.20-0.30 and αi = Xi/ПНi, where Xi is the particular value of a formed element, ПНi is the norm value of the same formed element. αi = (Xi/ПНi)-1 is applied to leukocyte case under Xi>ПНi condition. IBI value being greater than 1.0, organism resistibility is considered to be high. IBI value being lower than 1.0 and greater than 0.6, organism resistibility is considered to be low. IBI value being lower than 0.6, risk zone is considered to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
