SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents a method for determining the length of stay at the second stage of early rehabilitation of patients with occupational injuries, including a patient's examination, conducting a course program of rehabilitation for 21 days, consisting of physiotherapeutic, balneological procedures and therapeutic exercises, characterized by the fact that at the beginning of the course program of rehabilitation and after five days of its implementation, the patient is sampled capillary blood from the finger and according to the peripheral blood formula, an adaptation reaction of the body is evaluated, based on the results of which the length of staying at the second stage of early rehabilitation is determined: during the training reaction – 21 days, during the activation reaction – 21 days, with the calm activation reaction – 21 days plus 10 days, with high activation reaction – 21 days plus 14 days, acute reaction stress – 21 days plus 18 days, chronic stress reaction – 21 days plus 21 days, with addition of additional days, procedures are adjusted on days.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of objective individual selection of rehabilitation time of patients with occupational injuries.
