FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a catalytic composition for enrichment of hydrocarbons with boiling temperatures like naphtha fraction boiling temperatures. the catalytic composition includes zeolite -RS-10, a metal of VIII group, a metal of VI group and possibly one or more oxides in the capacity of the catalyst carrier. According to a preferable version the catalytic composition also includes a metal of IIB and-or III- groups. According to the true invention the catalytic composition may be used for enrichment of hydrocarbonaceous mixes having a range of boiling temperatures within the limits from CC4 up to 250oC. It is preferable to use hydrocarbonaceous mixes boiling at the temperatures, that are in the range of boiling temperatures of naphtha fraction, and containing admixtures of sulfur, i.e. for a hydrodesulphuration with a simultaneous sceletal isomerization of olefines contained in these hydrocarbons. At that the whole process is realized in one stage. The invention also offered methods of production of a catalytic composition using impregnation (versions) and a sol-gel technology (versions), a method of desulphuration with use of the stated catalytic composition and zeolite -RS-10. EFFECT: the invention allows to enrich hydrocarbons with boiling temperatures, that are in the range of boiling temperatures of naphtha fraction. 51 cl, 25 ex, 4 tbl
