FIELD: petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention falls into to process of preparation of emulsified fuel, for example, preparation of emulsions of "water in gas oil" or "water in petrol" type, which may be used in the internal-combustion engines or in the power-generating equipment. The method provides for mixing of an organic phase, a water phase and additives to exercise homogenization of a volume V of a liquid containing an organic phase and the additives. The method is realized by circulation of the indicated volume of the liquid inside a homogenization chamber - with a speed of Qc chosen in such a manner, that Qc/V ≥ 100 h Q_c/V≥100h^-1, and by circulation of the homogenized liquid in an external branch of circulation containing the emulsifying system - with a speed of Qcirc chosen in such a manner, that V / Qcirc is between 0 and 2 hours; by water delivery into a branch of circulation before the emulsifying installation in direction of the stream until the emulsion will obtain the characteristics, desirable from the point of view of stability at storing. Description of the device used for realization of the method is also given. The invention ensures a possibility of an industrial production of emulsions, that are stable within four months and where the dispersible medium is organic, and the dispersible phase is aqueous.
