FIELD: metallurgy of noble metals; processing of zinc sediments containing noble metals. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with metallurgy of noble metals, in particular with a pyrometallurgical processing of the zinc sediments containing noble metals. The method of processing of a zinc sediments includes a sintering and a smelt of the produced product. The new thing in the process is the fact, that the sintering is conducted with addition of alkali at the temperature of 500-550oC, and the produced product is smelted with addition of borax and calcium fluoride. The technical result is an increase of a degree of extraction of gold and silver in the main product and selectivity of the process due to an increase of a degree of slagging of ignoble impurities.
