SUBSTANCE: laser Doppler meter has laser 1, beam splitter 3, channel forming sounding radiation incorporating blind 5, unit 7 converging sounding beams consisting of telescope 8, second beam splitter 9, meter 11 of laser power radiation, plate 10 set at Brewster angle, quarter- wavelength plate 12, monostatic transceiving antenna unit 13, channel forming reference beam incorporating acoustooptical modulator 4 with control unit 15, half-wave plate 18, reflector 20 and unit 21 converging reference beams, second laser 2, beam splitter 4 and channel forming sounding beam and channel forming reference beam. Channel forming sounding beam is made of reflector 6 and unit 7 converging beams and channel forming reference beam comprises acoustooptical modulator 16 with control unit 17, second half-wave plate 19, unit 21 converging reference beams, telescope 22, unit 23 converging reference and sounding beams, focusing lens 24, photodetector 25 which output is connected to two inputs of parallel channels 26, 27 of unit processing converted Doppler signal, computation unit 28.
