FIELD: metered out delivery of aggressive, toxic, explosion and fire-hazard liquids and other flowing media. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump has drive mechanism and housing with perforated wall. Diaphragm separator is installed in housing to form pumping and drive chambers. Safety valve and filter are installed in reservoir for excess amount of drive liquid. Differential make-up valve has space formed between shutoff and spool members. This space is connected with reservoir for excess amount of drive liquid by means of channel. Pump has check valve installed in channel connecting reservoir for excess amount of drive liquid with space between shutoff and spool members of differential make-up valve. EFFECT: increased accuracy of metering out and reliability of pump. 1 dwg
