FIELD: pump building.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic fracturing pump consists of hydraulic part, drive part and system of forced lubrication of drive part. Forced lubrication system of the drive part is equipped with a gear transmission. Hydraulic part is attached to drive part by means of pins and includes hydraulic unit. Hydraulic unit seats accommodate interchangeable suction and discharge assemblies with valve devices, five plungers with rods and pushers, universal sealing packs of plungers and pressure screws, and intake manifold. Drive part includes bed, forced lubrication system including oil tank, gear pump with drive. Hydraulic unit is made replaceable with plungers with diameter of 100 mm or 125 mm. Drive part bed represents a welded steel structure. Bed accommodates a drive shaft, a gearing, a plug with a vent hole in the upper part of the bed, a crank-slider mechanism including a crankshaft with gear wheels, five connecting rods with crossheads and bearings. In the bed there are holes for installation of the external cage of bearings of the crankshaft and drive shafts, upper inspection windows closed with covers opposite each connecting rod, a drain hole in the lower part with the possibility of connecting a drain pipeline. Bed comprises rear casing and two side casings for placing of gearing. In the bed there are inspection windows with covers above each piston and above each gear. Drive shaft is mounted on two spherical roller bearings with the ability to rotate. Crankshaft is arranged in drive part bed on roller bearings. Connecting rods are installed on rod journals of crankshaft by means of sliding bearings and connected to crossheads by means of rods and two sliding bearings with common axis of rotation in places of contact between rod and crosshead. Hydraulic unit comprises a housing, in which there are holes for movement of plungers, holes for supply/discharge of liquid from the pump working chamber, lubrication channels in the form of radial bores and a lantern ring made in the form of a ring with radial holes, a pressure channel for receiving liquid from the pump working chamber passing through the holes for liquid discharge. Holes of the housing of the hydraulic unit for movement of plungers are closed on one side by front covers with rubber seals, and valve devices are installed in the holes for supply/discharge of liquid, and a suction header is connected. Valve devices comprise platelike, conical pump valves with elastic seal located on the plate, a seat, a gate and a compression spring. Seat is pressed in the conical hole of the hydraulic unit housing and has an elastic seal installed in the external annular groove. Suction valve devices are installed in the lower part of the hydraulic unit, and the pressure valve devices are installed in the upper part of the hydraulic unit. Plunger is solid, the working side of which is located inside the housing of the hydraulic unit, and the other side is located outside.
