FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining gallbladder parameters like longitudinal size, the first transverse size, the second transverse size, gallbladder volume at the sixtieth and eightieth min of examination, choledochus diameter before taking preliminary breakfast. 200 ml of 10% fat yogurt is given to the patient as the preliminary breakfast and the gallbladder parameters are determined every 20 min within 1 h 40 min long period. 10 mg of isosorbide dinitrate is sublingually administered in the morning of the second day 40 min before examination and the preliminary breakfast is given. The gallbladder parameters are determined 40 min later following the same scheme. Longitudinal size becoming more than 20% smaller with respect to one of the first day, the first transverse size and the second transverse size becoming more than 30% as small, gallbladder volume increasing by 35% or more and choledochus diameter becoming less than 10% as large or unchanged, reversible gallbladder motility and extrahepatic ducts disorders like hyperkinetic gallbladder dyskinesia and short time Lutkens sphincter spasm. Gallbladder contraction reaching 27% in 40 min and gallbladder volume growing by 4-5% as much, irreversible organic disorders of biliary motor activity as persistent gallbladder hypokinesia and persistent Lutkens sphincter spasm not releasable with Isosobit dinitrate administration. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. 2 dwg
