FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining time of pharmacological preparation half-evacuation from patient choledochus. Scintigraphic signs of bile discharge disorder are to be detected. The half-evacuation time being determined to be greater than 52 min, hepatobiliary scintigraphy is repeatedly carried out using 1-5 ml/kg Vamin-14 solution infusion. The half-evacuation time being found to be less than 52 min, functional disorder of bile discharge are diagnosed. Otherwise, mechanical obstruction of the biliary system is diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy in differentiating mechanical obstruction and functional disorder of bile discharge. 4 dwg
