SUBSTANCE: level of neuropeptides-dilators (NP-dilators) is determined, and if a decrease of more than 1.8 times in the NP-dilators level is detected to the 9th day of the postoperative period, their level increase of more than 1.5 times in the period of 1 to 3 months after cholecystectomy; if the NP-dilators level increases by more than 1.4 times by the 5th day of the postoperative period, and decreases by more than 3 times by the 30th day after cholecystectomy, and increases by more than 1.1 times in the period of 1 to 3 months after the operation in the patients with KH complicated with MG, CBD stricture and HPA stenosis are predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the reliability of prediction of complications in patients after cholecystectomy.
