FIELD: neutralization method for agricultural insecticides, medical and industrial chemicals and chemical toxic agents. SUBSTANCE: method involves initial dissolving chemicals into receiving bin having perforated bottom; transferring the solution into electrical reactor of the first stage; performing electrolysis operation; translating the solution including water and sludge particles to sump-coagulator having perforated bottom and sorbing filter; moving the solution to the second stage for final neutralization and contaminants removing into electrical reactor and sump. EFFECT: provision of full and effective chemicals neutralization.
