FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with shearing head. In said housing are arranged: lever whose one end is joined with electric drive and whose other end is joined with shearing mechanism; vertically mounted pressure mechanism for controlling effort of forcing cutter to comb. Pressure mechanism has vertically arranged axle supporting pressure screw, smooth sleeve and two ball-type sleeves resting upon boss of lever of cutter drive. Lever is builtup one; it is assembled of two rigidly joined parts. Stem part of said lever is turned to eccentric, it is flexible and has pin for connecting with eccentric. EFFECT: improved design providing enhanced reliability of machine due to constant rigidity value of mechanism for forcing cutter to comb. 2 cl, 1 dwg
