FIELD: animal husbandry.

SUBSTANCE: clipper comprises housing, shearing head with cutting mechanism, electric drive, lever mounted inside the housing, and vertical pressing mechanism. One end of the lever is connected with the electric drive, and the other end of the lever is connected with the cutting mechanism. The clipper is provided with pin and flexible carrier mounted inside the housing. The pressing mechanism comprises vertical axle that is provided with pressing rod having the head, conical bushing, spring, and pressing nut. The pin and vertical axle of the pressing mechanism are aligned. The lever is flexible in the vertical plane and has cylindrical tip. The electric drive is provided with the reduction gear whose gearing wheel has eccentric opening for the cylindrical tip of the lever. The bottom section of the pressing nut is conical and is in a contact with the conical bushing.
