FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to science of polymeric materials and is fit for use in mechanical engineering in order to manufacture antifriction coatings for parts of friction units of a variety of machines and mechanisms operated preferably without outside lubricant supply. Tribotechnical composite includes 1-40% polymer component, 0-1% dry film lubrication, and polymeric binder (the balance). Polymer component utilized is powder of polyamide 11 with particle size 80-100 mcm and polymeric binder is powder of polyamide 6 with particle size 80-100 mcm obtained by cryogenic dispersion. As dry film lubrication, ultrafine diamond-containing graphite is utilized and, possibly, colloidal graphite or polytetrafluoroethylene, or molybdenum disulfide (0.01-0.05%). EFFECT: increased adhesive strength of coating on metallic substrate, improved physicochemical and thermophysical characteristics, and improved tribotechnical characteristics on dry friction at elevated temperatures. 2 tbl, 9 ex
