FIELD: antifriction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifriction materials based on thermoplastic polymers for manufacturing slider bearings and guiding sleeve bearings operated without lubricants or lubricated with water and process fluids in various technical areas. Invention provides composite tribotechnical material based, in particular, on polyamides, polycarbonates, or polyacrylates and including powder of granules of polytetrafluoroethylene (20-40%) treated in glow discharge plasma and serpentine powder (1-3%).
EFFECT: reduced coefficient of friction and increased loading capacity in presence of water and process fluids.
