SUBSTANCE: method involves refrigerating cold space up to desired temperature; stopping refrigeration; passing liquid nitrogen through heat- exchanger installed into window communicating cold space with ambient air; actuating fan for air pumping through window and heat exchanger into cold space. Method involves communicating cold space with cold space of food storehouse; opening vehicle window; driving fan into the first mode of operation for suction air from storehouse space into cold space; loading food into cold space during reversible fan operation into the first mode of operation; moving vehicle to unloading station with liquid nitrogen spraying into cold space; opening door inside unloading station; passing liquid nitrogen through heat-exchanger; actuating fan into the second mode of operation for forced feeding ambient air through window and heat-exchanger into cold space. Refrigerator vehicle for refrigerated food transportation includes body, liquid nitrogen source arranged in vehicle, window for communicating cold space with ambient air formed into vehicle wall, heat exchanger installed in window, fan for air pumping through window and heat exchanger into cold space, system of sprayers located into cold space, pipeline system for liquid nitrogen supply from source to sprayers and valve system arranged into pipeline system.
