FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to airliner air conditioning systems. Proposed cooler 20 comprises heat exchanger 26 to carry liquid coolant for pre-cooling of refrigerator chamber 34 of cooler 20 to temperature of said coolant. Heat exchanger 26 is communicated with thermo electrical cooling element 28 in contact with said chamber 34 to cool the latter to temperature lower than that of aforesaid liquid coolant. Heat exchanger 26 and thermo electrical cooling element 28 are arranged inside refrigerator chamber 34. Heat exchanger 26 may be communicated with aircraft liquid coolant feed system.
EFFECT: decreased occupied volume, ease of installation.
