FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: threshing apparatus has charging device including screw and two disks and discharge device. One of disks is drive disk adapted for threshing and provided with disc cutters mounted on cylindrical part of drive disk for rotation around their axes. Other disk is made immovable and adapted for separation. This disk is equipped with shear sectors arranged on peripheral part thereof. Cut cereal heap is fed into threshing chamber defined by threshing drive disk and immovable separating disk. Grain threshed in threshing chamber is discharged to the outside. Straw is conveyed from threshing chamber into cutting zone to be ground by means of disk cutters of threshing drive disk. Ground straw is directed to accumulating hopper or ejected onto stubble field. Thus, threshing apparatus provides for simultaneous threshing of cereals and grinding of straw. Such embodiment allows accumulating hoppers to be produced without grinding device. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and reduced production costs. 3 dwg
