FIELD: production of toys. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical fastening member, grips and at least two forming members. Grips are equipped with arced paired elastic deformation parts with gap between said parts oriented in opposite directions and single base. Forming members are provided with edge slots adapted for joining with fastening member, which is made in the form of protruding part arranged at junction site with edge surface of forming member in edge slot base. Apparatus of such construction increases precision of connection of forming members owing to eliminating gaps between surfaces to be joined.
