FIELD: construction set members, in particular, parts which may be used in toy construction sets for assembling of castles, cathedrals, fortresses and other architectural and fortification toy constructions.

SUBSTANCE: connection member has at least two pairs of tongues spaced apart from one another. Two tongues are made flexible, one of said pair of tongues being made flat and having length exceeding that of flexible tongue provided with cantilevered and butt end portions. Gap at cantilevered portion of flexible tongue is smaller than gap at its butt end portion. Connection member may contain three pairs of tongues, said pairs may be arranged at an angle to one another. Butt end part of flexible tongue may be provided at its outside with slot. Connection member of such construction allows cantilevered forming members which are arranged at an angle of 90 deg to one another to be fixed with respect to each other so that even and smooth surface may be formed from assembled members.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of constructions which may be assembled using such connection members.
