The device for comminution of the food vegetable raw materials contains the metal millstones with the abrasive coating applied on their working surfaces and a working area executed in the form of a truncated cone, the runner of which is installed with a capability of motion along its axis of rotation between the upper and lower limiters. On the lower millstone there is a rigidly fixed sieve made in the form of a perforated ring, At that a slider mounted on the shaft of rotation from the side of the runner leans against the upper limiter. On the slider there are pivotally mounted levers, one of the ends of which loosely touches the runner, and on the second end there is a load with a capability of motion along the axis of the lever.
