FIELD: shipbuilding; building of offshore oil-loading terminals. SUBSTANCE: proposed offshore submersible oil-loading terminal includes interconnected floating members made in form of pontoons-tanks provided with heating sources for heating oil stored in them; they form in plan chamber bounded with two longitudinal walls, transversal wall and hydraulic gate valve which is opposite to transversal wall. Terminal may be delivered to required region in assembled state. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability in shallow waters of arctic seas. 1 dwg
