FIELD: the acoustic-cavitational technology. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for ultrasonic treatment of liquids and is pertinent to the acoustic-cavitational technology. The device may be used for an intensification of technological processes in liquid mediums, for production of the stable fine-grained systems, destruction of hydrocarbonaceous raw material with the purpose to increase separation of light oils, cavitational heating of liquids, etc. The invention ensures creation of the device of heightened energetic efficiency, simple in production and functionally universal. The positive effect is attained due to the fact, that the hydraulic resistance of the streams breaker located on a rim of the rotor and made in the form of a dented construction with alternating rectangular grooves and cogs is largely reduced. The grooves have butts open for liquids running, cross-section area of which multiply exceeds the area of the fixed slot and so causes proportionally decelerated speed of currents of the processed liquid in the rotor, decreases the pressure drop in the grooves of the twirled breaker of streams proportionally to a square of decreased speed. At other things being equal the device ensures the definite increase of the running speed of streams of a liquid from the outlet apertures of the ring lattice of the stator. EFFECT: the invention ensures the device heightened energetic efficiency, simplicity in production and functional universality. 3 cl, 2 dwg
