FIELD: production of organic fertilizers and biohumus. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of biohumus and a device for its realization. The invention is dealt with production of organic fertilizers and may be used for production of biohumus. The method provides for preparation of the base of a tray, stacking of a substrate of organic structure in seedbeds, introduction of a population of worms into the seedbeds. Shaping of the seedbeds realize is conducted by longitudinal distribution of the fresh additional fertilizing and non-pressed substrate of organic structure from the right side the main seedbed, that provide the best aeration and dampening of the habitat of the worms. Ready biohumus is removed and on its place distribute the fresh additional fertilizing ensuring continuum of the process. The device used for the method realization contains a bin with a rabble located on a self-propelled car and the working tool for distribution of substrate. The tool is made in the form of a conveyor-distributor and placed on self-propelled platform, which is installed on the guides with a capability of reciprocating motion for longitudinal distribution of substrate. On the both ends of the conveyor the form-building elements are installed, executed as two metal shields, the edges of the lower parts of which have a bend with an angle α from 35 dg up to 40 dg ensuring a slip on a seedbed. On both sides of the conveyor on its guides there are the fixed dentated rollers for smoothing and tillage the high layers of the seedbeds. Use of the invention will allow to increase productivity of the process and quality of produced biohumus.
