FIELD: agricultural equipment. SUBSTANCE: line has foreign matter separating apparatus equipped with screens, which are provided with grates, feeder-grinder with grinding chamber equipped with pins, conveyors and separating mixer-grinder. Foreign matter separating apparatus is arranged at leading end of line above feeder-grinder. Screen grates of rhombic section are arranged in two rows, with lower row of grates being offset by half the pitch with respect to upper row of grates. Front wall of grinding chamber of feeder-grinder is made movable. Separating mixer-grinder is equipped with hopper, having three mixing augers and grinding mechanism, and screen for separating biological humus into fractions. Line may be used for preparing substrate from caked organic fertilizers with increased content of foreign matter, as well as for grinding and cleaning of caked and heavily contaminated organic fertilizers and preparing organic fertilizer mixtures. EFFECT: improved quality of mixing and increased extent of grinding organic fertilizers or raw biological humus. 4 cl, 7 dwg
