FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes periodical shutting off of well, lowering of pressure above it lower than pressure in the layer and opening of the well. Possible lowering of pressure in the well is limited. It is increased at each consecutive shutting off of well and it is maximum at the end of well operation. After opening of well an exit from fountain pipes is opened. Device has body, fountain pipes and a closure with electric drive in form of electromagnets with moveable cores. Device is also provided with ring-shaped piston and valves placed on cores. In body of device ring-shaped hollow is formed. It is separated by a piston on two closed chambers. They are connected to space above the closure through choke apertures and they can communicate with well through apertures, which are shut off by valves in default position. EFFECT: increased well productiveness due to creation of deep depression onto a layer. 2 cl, 4 dwg
