FIELD: production of oil, gas and gas-condensate. SUBSTANCE: downhole plant includes run into well pipe string and shutoff device. At least one well chamber is placed under packer, and it is provided with sealing pocket and passing channels. Well chamber accommodates removable shutoff device in the form of body with holes and bellows, and removable valve of regulator. Located below well chamber is shank with tip in the form of plug or nipple with blind plug, or nipple with check valve. Shutoff device body accommodates also rod, lock and seat. Lock may be made in the form of piston without or with equalizing hole and rigidly connected with rod. Lock is installed from atop in seat and has outer diameter equalling to bellows effective diameter for its equalizing. Inlet holes cross-section area is less than that of seat. Outlet holes cross-section area is larger than that of seat. Lock may be made in the form of ball or cone and located under seat, and lower end of rod freely locates in seat and forms annular passage narrowing section together with seat. Located above packet may be disconnector, telescopic connection, nipple, well chamber, pump, pipe string which may have heating device. It is possible to use additional pipe string. Claimed invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and reliability of plant in various methods of operation due to exclusion of uncontrolled flowing and to perform repair jobs without well killing, and in case of well killing, to exclude absorption of solution by formation and to regulate and stabilize medium flow in flowing and pumps provided with pumps.
