Proposed device contains rotating member with abrasive tip being in friction contact with fixed wearable sealing surface. Abrasive tip has abrasive coating based on zirconium oxide of columnar structure which is more hard than wearable sealing surface, so abrasive tip can cut off wearable sealing surface.
