FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotor-stator unit for the gas turbine engine is described, where the aggregate comprises the rotor blade (2) having the layer (8) of ceramic material forming the abrasion coating that is applied to its tip, where the mentioned layer consists essentially of zirconium dioxide and has the porosity ratio that is less than or equal to 15 %; and the stator (4) disposed around the rotor blade and provided with the layer (6) of ceramic material facing the tip of the rotor blade that forms the abradable coating, where the mentioned layer consists essentially of zirconium dioxide and has the porosity ratio within the range of 20–50 %, with the pores that have the size, which is less than or equal to 50 mcm.
EFFECT: invention allows to optimize the behavior of the pair of coatings at the high temperature, when in contact, it allows to achieve the ability to withstand erosion, the ability to withstand cyclic heat changes and a good condition of the surface, which at the same time allows to make its production inexpensive.
