MACHINE WITH SEPARATE SECTIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2229448 C2

FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with designs for manufacturing of glass bottles, and may be used in machines of the section type designs. The invention allows to produce an improved system of removal of blanks from the machine with separate sections. The machine with separate sections contains: at least one section with a blanks preparation point; a glass-blowing point; a sectional skeleton with an upper wall; a turning the bottles over and holding them by neck ring-type mechanism supported by the upper wall of the section skeleton and supplied with a pair of the ring levers placed opposite to each other and used for keeping the bottles by neck; a cylinder to maintain the indicated pair of the ring type levers for holding the bottles by neck at moving them from a closed position to an open position; a supporting structure installed on the section skeleton to maintain the cylinder used for turning displacement between the first orientation in which the pair of ring type levers for keeping the bottles by neck is placed horizontally on the blanks preparation point and the second orientation, in which the pair of the ring type levers for holding the bottles by neck is placed horizontally on the a glass-blowing point; a drive for turning the cylinder from the first orientation to the second orientation in the given position making an acute angle between the given orientation both the second orientation; means to move the ring type levers for holding bottles by neck to the open position. The section skeleton contains: a going downward launder for the glass wastes removal with the upper aperture formed in the upper wall and passing from a place located under the pivotally mounted cylinder in direction to the glass blowing point; a mechanism opening and closing a mold leaning against the section skeleton and including the opposite pair of mechanisms supporting the blowing form and a transportation mean with a controlled motor used for transportation of the opposite pair of mechanisms keeping the mold between open and closed positions; a control device with the means to control the mode of preliminary heating of the blank molds and the mean to keep the blowing molds in an open position; a mean for cyclical control of the indicated drive for turning of the indicated cylinder for moving in series molded blanks into the given orientation; a device to control the indicated transportation mean used for moving the indicated ring type levers for keeping the bottles by neck from the closed position to the open position when the indicated cylinder is turning to place the glass blanks in the given orientation. EFFECT: the invention allows to produce the improved system of the glass blanks removal from a machine with the separate sections. 3 cl, 6 dwg
